I have a question for you. How did you get here?
No, I don’t mean like how did you emerge from a tiny embryo to a fully-grown adult? Although, that’s fascinating, too! (Fun fact: I studied health science in college, and the reproductive system was one of my favorite units to study.)
Back to my question:
How did you land on this blog post?
Maybe you found it through a Google search, my Instagram account, or a friend who sent you the link.
Either way, you saw something that piqued your interest, and deep down you considered the possibility that this blog post contained some information that could benefit you.
Unless you’re immensely bored and want to kill time by hearing me speak, you’re in this for your own benefit.
As an entrepreneur, you’re subconsciously asking yourself:
How will this make ME more money?
How will this help ME build my audience?
Will Kat give me information that will help ME?
And you’re not the only one who’s “me-oriented”…Surprise! Your audience is, too.
So, showing up for them and their interests matters. And we do this by communicating strategically within our blog content.
Psychologically speaking, all communication – whether verbal or nonverbal – is persuasion. Let this human truth work for your brand, not against it.
